We take utmost care in packing yours products, but still due to some circumstances of the courier partners some products may get damaged in transit. In such case Please provide us with 360° parcel opening video from beginning to till end of the opening without pause within 24 hours of product received and we will send you the replacement of the products


Below things are not considered as damge/defective:

1.Since we are selling many Handmade Items like handmade jewelleries,Festival Decoration items, imported items weight and color might be different from each Product from the photo it won’t be considered as a damage

2.We are also dealing with many imported products from different manufactures, Product size or color may slightly vary from one set of imported products to other set.

3.Since all the images are taken in different lighting, The original products look may slightly differ from the image.


In Below conditions refund/ replacement is not eligible

1.A refund/replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

2.Without Proper opening video, in case of not full opening video, not with 360° mode, with pauses


We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions

1.If wrong/defective product is received A customer should be intimated us with 360° parcel opening video from beginning to till end of the opening without pause within 24 hours of product received

2.In case of a product broken or damaged an immediate exchange will be done if the product’s broken image or videos are shared (as per above norms) or will give refund for the broken products alone(*incase if we are unable to dispatch the replacement of the broken product within 7 working days)not applicable on pandemic situation.

Refunds will be credited to the original source account within 2 to 4 working days.

The replacement of product time will take up to another 3-5 working days.

In case if the customer wants to exchange a product which they have ordered by mistake if it is valid reason and subject to confirmation by us. the customer will have to bear the two-way courier charges and they can exchange. in this case also no refund will be done only exchange can be done with the other selected products
