Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We do both domestic and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping policy

Our standard shipping time is 2-3 working days. Which undergoes Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatch within 2 or 3 Business Days after the order is placed. Which doesnt include Sundays and Public holidays

We use all the reputed courier companies like ST courier , Professional Courier, Delhivery, DTDC , India Post etc and your packets will be sent through any of the above mentioned couriers depends upon the availability and timely delivery depends on the area.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances of the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customers , or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges over Pan India

Tamilnadu - 60rs per kg

Pondicherry - 80rs per kg

Kerala, Andhrapradesh, Telengana, Karnataka - 100rs per kg

Other States - 140rs per kg

Shipping charges are shown at checkout depending on the weight of the shipment and the city of Shipping

The Courier charge will be calculated on the basis of weight and size of the product, packing material, expense for packing and handling of the parcel to courier offices.(For example Courier Charge for Maharashtra is Rs.140/- upto 1 Kg. If the parcel is more than 1 KG, next 1 gm to 1000g will be charged extra Rs.140/-. All the states' courier charge will be calculated in this method.)

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes to reach the destination. Delivery usually takes about 5–8 business days depends on the area.

For South India delivery time will take upto 2 to 5 business days approximately and for North India 4 to 8 business days depends on the area

If bulk parcel means we ship it through Lorry service which will be communicated to the Customer and door delivery will not be possible in this case. Customer needs to go and collect the parcel by providing LLR

It is customer responsibility to provide the correct Lorry service which is available in their place when we ask them

If Parcel reaches your destination it is also customer responsibility to follow up with the courier partner and to get it

International Shipping

We ship the parcel through the worldwide to any countries

International orders from UK ,US ,AUSTRALIA, CANNADA, MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE and other countries etc orders are shipped via Aramex, DHL Express, FedEx and other economic mode partners based on the availability at the time of dispatch. After processing and leaving our store, usually take between 7 to 14 Business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time if any.

In some cases, there may be some delay in delivery due to customs norms.

International shipping Charges based on the country it will vary. Kindly confirm us with the details before placing the order

Rates on website are just only for products , Actual Delivery charges will be communicated based on actual Dimension and Weight of the parcel

TAX & IMPORT DUTIES

The Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties do not apply for most products since they are imported for personal use.

Eventhough, We are not sure about the custom duties in certain countries

If your order is returned back to us due to incorrect address, phone number or non availability of the customer, the packet will be resent only if you pay shipping charges again
